Mini Dirt Bike Engine - Performance Stage 2.

This starts in our workshop as a standard 49cc engine. We then add our High Performance Cylinder Head, then advance the engine firing time.

The engine produces so much more compression that we have had to add an alloy pull start complete with alloy cog.

This revs at least 2500 rpm higher than the standard factory spec engines, and produces more power throughout the rev range.

The above completes stage 1, then
Stage 2 has the addition of highly polished stainless steel head bolts fitted with anti vibration washers, and our "in-house" customised, High Performance fully adjustable clutches, with inproved circlips and tig welded re-enforced backing plates. The thick spring version for the mini moto for top end acceration, and thinner spring for the mini moto dirt bike, for lower rpm power delivery.

(you can use either clutch unit in either bike, it comes down to personal preference)

This engine must be run-in for 3 tanks of fuel at 25-1.

Total cost fully built and tested priory to delivery.
